Gaborone 28 February 2022, Staff at the CAAB Head Office today bid Ella Tebogo Issacs farewell as she retires from the service of the Organization.

Ella has been Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive for the past 10 years. She has served three CEOs. Colleagues described her as exemplary with a high work ethic. Both Director of Human Capital and Administration Services, Shado Radira, and Monti Tlagae, Manager, Air Transport described her as an energized and strict Office Manager.

For his part Chief Executive Officer, Dr Bao Mosinyi said “it was bittersweet to watch Ella leave” saying she helped him settle well when he joined the organization last year.

Prompted to say a few words, Ella talked about her experiences with her colleagues with the utmost fondness adding that she was grateful to have served at the CAAB.

She leaves CAAB today, 28th February 2022.
