Wednesday 09 March 2022, Mr. Omer Carmel, Director of Another World and the Lead organizer of the Arkia Airline charter flight that arrived on 07 March 2022 at Kasane International Airport says Botswana, which does not have visa requirements for Israeli citizens, would be an excellent addition to their tour destinations.
He was speaking at a Media conference organized by CAAB, Botswana Tourism, HATAB, Chobe District Council, and as part of the inaugural tour by Another World, an Israei Travel Tour Operator.
Mr Omer Carmel further stated that this month’s tourists requested for an establishment of a direct flight between Tel Aviv, in Israel and Kasane in Botswana without the stopovers at Kilimanjaro, Tanzania for re-fueling. The flight carrying approximately 125 tourists was the company’s largest tour group
The local aviation operators also benefited from the Israeli tour initiative because the tourists were ultimately transported to camps, lodges, and various destinations in the Chobe and Delta with local charter aircrafts.
